I love how you tied it back to the reasons you're in business.  I think it's very hard to honestly answer "what's my purpose" both in business and in life.

I just finished reading "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch.  That really makes you think about your purpose and making the right decisions.  Life is way too short.</description>
