I love how you tied it back to the reasons you're in business. I think it's very hard to honestly answer "what's my purpose" both in business and in life. I just finished reading "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch. That really makes you think about your purpose and making the right decisions. Life is way too short. As you know from my latest blog post, we’re on the same page as far as this honesty business is concerned.
